Refund and Return Policy

At DEJINE, we want you to love every piece you order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our detailed return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • We do not accept returns on final sale items, promotional offers, undergarments, swimwear, or accessories for hygiene reasons.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Customized or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse will not be accepted.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
  • Please note that shipping fees, handling charges, and any customs duties are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

5. Defective or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • You will be required to provide photos of the product and packaging for verification.
  • In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost and send you a replacement at no additional cost.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • DEJINE is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this period, the order will be processed and shipped, and you will need to follow the return procedure.

8. International Orders

  • For international customers, please note that customs duties, import taxes, and local VAT are not refundable, even if you return your order.
  • Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
